Early summer harvest of our bees honey, the honey is a medium color and the tases from the two harvests differ from the two local areas that our bees are kept at. While similar in color one boasts a typical honey flavor while the other has floral accents. Both of these honeys would be nice to use in teas, coffees, cooking, baking, and with food. A little will go a long way.
